A Cup a Day

My sister and I have talked about opening our own shop since we were little. We imagined ourselves the future D.C. Cupcake sisters (though all baking skills were gifted to my sister). Life has drawn me all over the world, but never near my sister. Yet, we hold in our hearts the desire to open our own shop and one day live in the same city again. Finding myself in a foreign land, I searched for what was familiar and comforting. For me coffee became my warm blanket in Scotland.

On holiday, visiting my parents in Southern California, where artisan coffee and coffee shops are rapidly expanding; I found a passion searching for distinct brews and single-origin batches.

Unwilling to ever sit still, I decided to turn my obsession into a therapeutic hobby. In Cup A Day I hope to share my love of coffee, while exploring the world, meeting new people, and hopefully one day my sister and I can finally open up T.S. Coffee Co.
